Who we are

The company behind this site.

This website is owned and operated by My Live Health LLC, a licensed insurance agency. We help people compare health, dental, vision, life, and supplemental coverage and connect them with a licensed agent. We are not an insurance company. We do not underwrite policies, set premiums, decide claims, or administer benefits, and we are not a government agency or a government-run website.

Coverage is issued by the insurance company you choose. Once you enroll, that company and its plan documents govern your benefits. Read the plan disclosures for the full explanation of what our role is and how we are paid.

We are licensed to transact insurance in the states where our agents are appointed. Licensing status varies by state and changes over time, so please contact us for current licensing information for your state.

Where to go

Common requests, and the right path for each.

Sending a request through the correct process is the fastest way to get it handled, because different requests carry different deadlines and different rules.

Requests about your information

To see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to ask us to stop contacting you, follow the instructions in the privacy center. You can also email contact@mylivehealth.com with the details of your request.

Problems with a claim or a coverage decision

Coverage decisions are made by your insurance company, not by us, so appeals go through the plan. Start with filing a grievance or appeal, and if the plan upholds its decision, see external review.

Complaints about our agents or our service

Tell us directly through the contact page or by calling (833) 741-1902. If you believe someone has misused your information or misrepresented a plan, use the fraud, waste and abuse page instead so the report is handled under the right rules.

Help using this site

If any part of this site is difficult to use with a screen reader, keyboard, magnifier, or other assistive technology, see accessibility services. We will give you the same information another way at no cost.
