Open role
UnitedHealthOne Insurance Agent
Help people who need coverage outside Medicare and the ACA marketplace compare UnitedHealthOne plans and enroll in the one that fits their needs and budget, working company-provided leads by phone with full compliance support.
The work
What you will do.
- Work company-provided leads by phone: no cold prospecting and no buying your own lead lists
- Ask the right questions to learn what coverage someone needs, what they can afford, and what they already have
- Explain UnitedHealthOne plan benefits, limits, and exclusions in plain language, including what a plan does not cover
- Follow carrier and state rules on every call, including required disclosures and call recording
- Complete applications accurately and confirm effective dates and next steps in writing
- Follow up after enrollment so first payments, ID cards, and questions get handled
- Keep in touch with your clients through the year so their coverage keeps fitting their life
Requirements
What the role requires.
- Active health insurance license in at least one state, in good standing
- Willingness to complete the UnitedHealthOne appointment and certifications required to sell their plans (we help with the paperwork)
- Ability to pass carrier and regulatory background checks
- Comfort working phone-based sales with documented, compliant conversations
- Willingness to add non-resident state licenses as we grow (we cover the costs)
Nice to have
What helps, but is not required.
- An existing UnitedHealthOne appointment
- Experience selling individual or short-term health products by phone
- Fluency in Spanish or another language our clients speak
How we work
The setup.
- Work in person at our Boca Raton, FL office
- Leads are company-provided from our own websites, not resold third-party data
- Licensed support for compliance questions, so you never have to guess at a rule alone
- Modern tooling: our own quoting flow, CRM, and recorded dialer
Compensation
How pay works.
This role is commission-based. We walk through the full compensation structure, including how commissions and renewals work and what support the company provides, in the first interview, so you can compare it against what you earn today before either side invests more time.
Process
What happens after you apply.

- A phone conversation about your experience, your licenses, and how you like to work
- License verification (we check NIPR, so have your NPN handy)
